Our Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us, Brown & Haley requests information from you that is required to complete your order.  Please be assured that any information you submit to us will be held in the strictest confidence.  We do share select information you provide us with our service providers acting as our agents for the purpose of fulfilling your order (e.g., shipping company, Credit Card Acceptance Company).  We do not sell or otherwise release any information regarding our customers to any third party.

Placing an Order with Brown & Haley

When you order, we request the following information: name, address, daytime phone number, and e-mail address if you prefer to correspond with us via e-mail.  When you submit an order this information is recorded, along with the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer used to place the order.

When using your credit card as payment, the credit card number and expiration date are recorded.  This information is utilized to authorize the purchase.  The contact information is used to ship the order and/or to contact the purchaser in the event there is a question about the order.  If you need to update or correct this information, please contact our Customer Service Department via one of the following:

Disclosure to Third Party Companies

We do not sell or otherwise release any information regarding our customers to any third party.  In rare cases, we may be required to provide information to courts of competent jurisdiction, regulatory authorities or agencies, or law enforcement officials in accordance with applicable law.
