ALMOND ROCA SHORTBREAD BARS

Description: The 2nd place winner of the 2014 Washington State Fair ROCA® is Awesome Parent/Child Cookie Contest.

¾ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
1½ cup flour
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1½ cup Almond ROCA®, crushed
Preheat oven at 350˚F
Beat butter and sugar together, until combined. Mix in flour.
Press mixture into bottom of foil lined, greased 9" x 13" pan.
Heat butter and milk in pan until smooth. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350˚F for 12-15 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over filling and return to oven for 2 minutes.
Spread melted chips over filling. Sprinkle with crushed Almond ROCA®.
Cool and cut into squares.
