Thank you for contacting Brown & Haley about a donation. Our community is very important to us. We try to assist as many organizations as possible, but we have a few requirements and guidelines in order to do so.

Requirements
  • A registered non-profit, charitable organization with current 501(c)(3) status
  • Must be within the immediate area of Brown & Haley’s corporate headquarters located in Tacoma,WA
Guidelines
  • We accept only online applications. No phone calls please.
  • We provide in-kind donations only.
  • All requests must be submitted and received 60 days prior to the event date.

We receive many requests for donations each month. We are sorry, but we cannot respond to everyone. You will be notified only when we can fulfill your request.

Please do not apply for a donation if you represent:

  • Organizations that are not registered charities with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
  • A school, PTA or PTO
  • Scouting groups
  • Church or religious organizations
  • Political affiliations or campaigns
  • Fraternal, athletic or social organizations
  • Solicitations to advertise
