ROCA CARAMEL CUPS (NO BAKE)

Description: The 1st place winner of the 2014 Washington State Fair ROCA® is Awesome Parent/Child Cookie Contest.

- Total Time: 20 min / up to 4 hours to set
- Yield: About 24 ROCA caramel cups
1 cup milk chocolate chips
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
10 oz. can Dark ROCA®
½ cup caramel, prepared sauce
¼ cup white chocolate chips, melted
In a non-stick baking mold with mini cups, place 3 or 4 milk chocolate chips.
Melt in microwave on medium 30-60 seconds, only until melted.
Spread across bottom and up sides to form cups.
Place in refrigerator to cool completely until hardened.
In a small bowl, blend together melted butter and graham cracker crumbs, reserving a small amount for later.
In cooled chocolate cups, sprinkle and press graham cracker mix covering bottom of cups.
Unwrap Dark ROCA® and crush into smaller pieces.
Fill each cup with Dark ROCA®.
Pour caramel sauce on top, covering the ROCA®.
Sprinkle tops with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
Drizzle melted white chocolate on top to garnish.
Remove from mold and place on serving dish.
