Description: A ROCA® twist on the American classic smore. This recipe won 3rd place in the 2013 Washington State Fair Adult Baking Contest.

  • Yield: 5 Smores


  • 12 pieces Almond ROCA®

  • 1 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 5 large marshmallows

  • 5 graham crackers


  1. Crush Almond ROCA® in food processor until fine crumble

  2. Melt chocolate chips in microwave in glass bowl for 30 seconds

  3. Put sticks in marshmallows

  4. Place Almond ROCA® in flat small rectangle bowl

  5. Dip marshmallows in melted chocolate and scrape off excess

  6. Roll marshmallows in Almond ROCA®crumble

  7. Place on wax paper to harden

  8. Serve with graham cracker. Enjoy
