- Total Time: 1hr 45 min
- Yield: 20 Cookies
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cups Almond ROCA® Cream Wine
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease baking sheet or line your pan or cookie sheet with foil, parchment paper, or a nonstick baking mat as an alternative to greasing.
In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and baking powder.
In a large bowl, blend butter and sugar until reaches creamy consistency.
Add Almond ROCA® Cream, egg and vanilla to butter mixture. Continue mixing until free of lumps.
Add walnuts and white chocolate chips.
Scoop out balls of dough and drop on baking sheet roughly 3 inches apart. Use bottom of a glass to flatten cookie dough balls.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until cookies are a light golden brown, rotating baking sheet in oven halfway through cooking time.
Take out of oven and let cookies cool before eating.
