WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY

From May 1st  through September 30th, special packaging is required to insure your order arrives in good condition.  We pack our products with dry or blue ice; this is why we must adjust our shipping charges during this period. 

REGULAR SHIPPING INFORMATION

Brown & Haley processes orders Monday – Friday between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm PST. To ensure the freshness of our products, we choose the best shipping option, which, in most cases, is FedEx Standard Ground. FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O., A.P.O., A.F.B. or F.P.O. boxes. A street address consisting of a Rural Route, Box, Highway or State Route can only be accepted with an area code and telephone number.

All products are delivered by FedEx and will arrive in 7-10 business days unless you choose expedited delivery by selecting either 'next day' or 'second day' guaranteed service at the appropriate additional charge. In order to ensure you are receiving the highest quality product, we are unable to ship items via USPS.

Special surcharges for special shipping services (Alaska/Hawaii and Saturday delivery).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
