Wage: $21.36 per hour
Location: 110 E 26th Street, Tacoma, 98421
Position Location: 100% Onsite
Position Status: Full Time/ NON-EXEMPT
About the Position
This role supports production operations by ensuring accurate movement, identification, and staging of work-in-process and finished goods. Maintains product integrity through proper handling, documentation, and communication while supporting efficient production workflow and inventory accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review and stay aligned with production schedules to support workflow and product movement.
Ensure pallet patterns, stacking orientation, and case counts meet item specifications.\\
Verify product identification and lot codes for accuracy; report any discrepancies immediately.
Inspect pallets for quality and compliance with specifications including condition and required treatments.
Coordinate with Receiving and Production teams to optimize workflow and address production gaps.
Maintain organization and readiness of departmental equipment and materials.
Accurately enter and verify production completion data in the AS400 system.
Stage finished goods for shipment ensuring proper shrink wrapping, labeling, and identification per work orders.
Identify and communicate packaging errors or non-conformities to supervisors or management.
Complete required tracking forms and count sheets accurately and legibly to support inventory control and traceability.
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Transfer to temporary or project related work.
Maintain clean and hazard free work area.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
Related Experience:
Minimum 6 months of related production or supervisory experience.
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.
Physical Demands:

Standing and walking for extended periods.
Frequent use of hands to handle equipment and materials.
Bending, reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, squatting, or crouching as needed.
Lifting or moving items up to 35 lbs regularly.
Vision requirements including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
