About the Position
Brown & Haley is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Specifications Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product specifications, managing product data, and ensuring all documentation and system requirements are accurate and up to date.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are correctly configured, compliant, and ready for production, distribution, and sale across domestic and international markets.
What You'll Do:
Product Specifications & Data Management
Maintain product specifications and build instructions to support production readiness.
Coordinate item setup activities, including routing, costing, output, and production requirements.
Track outstanding setup components and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Manage product attributes such as dimensions, weights, pallet configurations, nutritional information, ingredients, and marketing content.
Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across internal systems and customer platforms.
Customer & Vendor Compliance
Maintain product information in customer portals and industry platforms.
Publish product data and documentation to customer systems as required.
Support domestic and export customer requirements by ensuring complete and accurate product information.
Manage confidential product documentation and regulatory records.
Documentation & Traceability
Maintain product traceability records to support recall readiness and regulatory compliance.
Ensure required certificates, registrations, and compliance documentation remain current and accessible.
Perform final reviews and approvals of product setup before release.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to support new product launches and ongoing product maintenance.
Provide product specifications and supporting documentation for customer presentations and sales initiatives.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to product data management and system processes.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
2–4 years of related experience in product specifications, data management, supply chain, food manufacturing, or a similar field.
Experience working with product databases, ERP systems, customer portals, or product information management systems is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Proficiency with business systems, databases, and data entry.

Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based work with extended periods of sitting and computer use.
Frequent use of hands for keyboard and office equipment operation.
Occasional standing and walking.
Ability to lift and move up to 3 pounds.
