La Roca Colada
A rich, tropical indulgence with a nutty twist, this blended cocktail layers smooth white rum and sweet amaretto with bright pineapple juice and creamy coconut.

Ingredients
1 oz White Rum
1 oz Amaretto (almond liqueur)
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1.5 - 2 oz Cream of Coconut
0.5 oz Almond Syrup (or Orgeat)
0.75 oz Lime Juice (optional, for balance)
1 cup Ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. While warm, toss bites in a cinnamon-sugar mix.
Blend until desired consistency.
Garnish a Hurricane glass with crushed Almond Roca rim & chocolate drizzle pour in cocktail & top with Maraschino cherry.
