Ingredients

• 1 oz White Rum

• 1 oz Amaretto (almond liqueur)

• 2 oz Pineapple Juice

• 1.5 - 2 oz Cream of Coconut

• 0.5 oz Almond Syrup (or Orgeat)

• 0.75 oz Lime Juice (optional, for balance)

• 1 cup Ice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. While warm, toss bites in a cinnamon-sugar mix.

2. Blend until desired consistency.

3. Garnish a Hurricane glass with crushed Almond Roca rim & chocolate drizzle pour in cocktail & top with Maraschino cherry.
